Who we are

Sd Salento Srls is a company founded in 2021 and deals with the management of holiday homes in Gallipoli. We currently have about 20 apartments and villas all in the same building located in Corso Italia 30 in Gallipoli (LE). We have different types of homes ranging from small two-room apartments for 2 guests to large housing units for 8 guests. All units are equipped with a parking space.

Check in starts from 4pm until 7pm,

Check out must be done by 10:00 am.

By prior arrangement, you can use the luggage storage service located in our office on the ground floor.

How we started

We started our journey in 2019 with the first house we owned, thanks to various work experiences in the Hotel sector. After 3 years we decided to expand our catalog by adding 10 houses of different types under management. In 2024 we further expanded our catalog by adding 6 more houses and reaching 80 beds. We are currently engaged in the construction of the first phase of a bed and breakfast structure with approximately 22 double rooms.

Our team

We are a young team composed of 3 people in administration plus another 4 people for maintenance and operational management. We aim to hire another 4 workers with the start of the last project that will begin in 2026
