House rules:

1) Smoking is prohibited in the house

2) When you are not present in the house, turn off all lights and air conditioning

3) Quiet time from 02:00 pm to 06:00 pm and from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am

4) All guests must show identity documents upon arrival for registration on the guest portal and the tourist tax

5) Parties or Parties of any kind or type are not permitted

6) Kitchen, plates and glasses must be left washed and clean, all food and waste separated by type and closed in the appropriate bags.
